Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an upscale hotel is preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest recovery skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications is expected.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new software.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Provide information on city and hotel attractions; assist with reservations.
• Log guest requests and follow up as needed.
• Stay informed about arrivals and group activities.
• Coordinate with Reception and other departments on guest needs.
• Log and deliver incoming and outgoing packages.
• Schedule hotel driver and guest transportation via vendors.
