Qualifications

• Knowledge of Opera or similar hotel management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas with emphasis on service quality.
• Manage housekeeping team; mentor, coach, and train staff.
• Hire, train, supervise and develop colleagues for maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Director of Housekeeping and use Workday and Opera systems.
• Ensure safety and cost controls; oversee daily operations and staffing.
