Montage Hotels & Resorts in Bluffton, SC seeks a People Coordinator to be the welcoming heartbeat of the Human Resources team. You will deliver exceptional service to Associates, manage daily admin tasks, and grow within the People discipline in a luxury hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and a cheerful, solutions-oriented approach while supporting scheduling, onboarding, payroll, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or an administrative role within hospitality preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as front-line ambassador for the People office; greet Associates, answer inquiries, and provide professional support.
• Assist managers and Associates with scheduling, password resets, and general HR questions.
• Support full-cycle recruitment and create a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and communications with new Associates.
• Maintain personnel files and confidential Associate data with accuracy.
• Support engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and recruitment processes as needed.
