Qualifications

• One year experience in a similar position.
• Two years hotel experience, preferably in front of the house.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and computer proficiency.
• CPR and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service standards in all areas of the operation.
• Handle all guest complaints when Manager on Duty is unavailable.
• Direct and maintain a service and management philosophy for staff.
• Maximize financial performance by delivering high guest service and product.
• Perform management duties in absence of other managers.
• Troubleshoot guest and employee issues.
• Ensure maintenance and housekeeping issues are reported and resolved.
