You will drive service excellence, manage staff development, and collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Hospitality leader who leads on the floor and puts guests and people first.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop teams.
• Experience with P&L, labor management, and cost controls.
• Food safety certification required; hospitality or culinary degree is a plus.

Upscale General Manager | Guest-First Hospitality Leader

We are seeking a seasoned, high-energy Service Manager to lead the front-of-house team within a respected, culinary-driven hospitality group known for its integrity, guest focus, and commitment to taking care of its people.

This is not just an operations role. This is a culture-setting leadership position for someone who leads from the floor, inspires their team, and creates memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality.
