Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager, drive staff development, manage finances, inventory, and vendor relationships to sustain exceptional service and brand standards across our upscale concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale environments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward goals.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, inventory, and menus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and partners.
• Commitment to hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
