Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a professional server to coordinate table service and deliver world-class hospitality. 3pm-11pm shifts, with an emphasis on wine service, guest satisfaction, and teamwork in a fine dining environment.

The role requires prior full-service restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and a commitment to Biltmore's service standards. Candidates must be 21 or older and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Fine dining/upscale setting experience preferred, with at least 6 months.
• Commitment to world-class guest service and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; must be 21+.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders to ensure timely preparation.
• Present, open, and pour wine when serving guests.
• Observe guests and respond to requests while ensuring satisfaction.
• Total bills and process payments; refer to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu/beverages and upsell accordingly.
• Operate the POS system in line with guidelines.
• Keep uniform clean and presentable; wear proper footwear.
• Set tables with spotless cutlery, china, and glassware.
• Support bus staff with stocking and resetting tables.
• Adhere to Biltmore service standards and maintain sanitation and safety.
