Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 6 months of fine dining/server experience preferred.
• Demonstrates commitment to guest service and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and process guest orders to ensure timely preparation.
• Present, open, and pour wine for guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Total bills and handle payments, or refer to supervisors.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to guests.
• Maintain clean service areas and proper uniform.
