Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a friendly Server to coordinate table service for guests, ensuring world-class dining in a full-service resort setting. You will interact with guests, take orders, present wine, and maintain flawless service standards while working with front- and back-of-house teams.

This position averages about 20 hours per week with shifts across Monday through Sunday and 6:30am–9:00pm, including nights, weekends, and potential holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale settings preferred.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders and ensure timely preparation.
• Present, open, and pour wine for guests.
• Observe guests to confirm satisfaction and address requests.
• Total bills and process payments or refer to supervisors.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu and beverages; upsell where appropriate.
• Operate the POS system per guidelines.
• Keep uniform clean and neatly pressed.
• Arrive properly attired and ready to work.
• Ensure tableware is spotless before setting tables.
• Work nights and weekends; holidays may be required.
• Assist with bussing, stocking, and resetting tables as needed.
• Complete side duties before end of shift.
