Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring world-class service and adherence to Biltmore standards. You will supervise staff, handle scheduling, and serve as manager on duty when the Restaurant Manager is away.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in a full-service restaurant, strong communication, and the ability to train and develop team members. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with 10–14 hour shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum two (2) years related experience in a comparable full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of wine and cordials preferred; must be 21+ to bartend.
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of operations and staff.
• Handles escalated guest service recovery; resolves guest complaints.
• Assists with hiring, training, development, scheduling and performance management.
• Opening/closing and reporting duties.
• Facilitates communication between front/back of house.
• Maintains knowledge of all F&B products/menu items and VIPs.
• Supports staff to exceed standards and deliver world class service.
