Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Room Service Server to provide in-room dining with world-class hospitality. Duties include taking orders, inputting charges, delivering meals, and ensuring flawless presentation in guest rooms and related areas.

The role requires 6am–2pm shifts, a high school diploma, and prior serving experience, with preference for experience in fine dining or luxury hotel settings. Must be 21+ and able to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in serving is required.
• 6+ months in fine dining / upscale hotel or resort is preferred.
• Commitment to world-class guest service and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer Room Service phone and take orders.
• Input guest orders and process payments.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms.
• Set up and maintain tables/trays per Forbes standards.
• Open and service wine/champagne bottles; deliver amenities.
