Qualifications

Experience in high-volume upscale dining preferred.
Proficiency with OpenTable is required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Day shifts preferred: 9–5 or 11–7.

Responsibilities

Manage all reservations through OpenTable with accurate table allocation.
Handle a high volume of incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests.
Accommodate VIP guests and last-minute changes with discretion and attention to detail.
Maintain up-to-date guest profiles, preferences, and notes in the reservation system.
Communicate effectively with management, hosts, and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Monitor dining room pacing and reservation timing to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Uphold the restaurant’s standards of excellence in all guest interactions.
