Job summary

Celtic Crossing is seeking energetic Servers to join our Memphis team. You will greet guests, take precise orders, upsell items, and provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

Expertise in wine, beer, cocktails, and food knowledge helps answer questions and accommodate dietary needs. You will deliver food promptly, maintain service standards, and collaborate with kitchen and staff in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Server in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proficiency with Toast or similar POS system.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Must have ABC permit or ability to obtain within three days of hire.
• physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders accurately, upsell specials and premium items.
• Master menus to answer questions and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and check back with tables.
• Complete opening, closing and sidework duties and set up dining room.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen, bussers and management.
