The ONE GROUP is seeking a General Manager in San Diego to lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and maintain brand standards. You will guide a high-energy team, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage budgets while sustaining profitability across all restaurant functions.

You will recruit and develop talent, set strategic goals, and implement marketing and service initiatives to grow guest traffic and revenue in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in high-volume, full-service dining.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and lead teams.
• Strong business acumen and guest-centric mindset.
• Proficient with restaurant POS systems and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire managers and hourly staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Uphold brand standards and hospitality excellence across all shifts.
• Oversee business strategy, marketing, and risk management for the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and policies.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to sustain performance.
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct regular evaluations and develop careers.
• Monitor sales, labor, and costs to maximize profitability.
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase guest traffic and revenue.
