The ONE GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager in San Francisco to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and leading a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining service excellence, team development, and financial performance while upholding brand standards in a dynamic, high-energy dining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant/General Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Budgeting and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, front- and back-of-house management.
• Maintain service excellence and a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relations, and sanitation compliance.
• Organize and supervise staff shifts for optimal coverage.
• Implement and uphold hospitality standards and company policies.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; train staff in customer service and operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.
• Foster team morale and a high-energy work environment.
• Deliver guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Drive revenue, control costs, and develop marketing/promotions to increase guest traffic.
