The One Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth, high-energy dining experience and strong financial performance.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service, develop staff, and uphold THE ONE GROUP's brand standards across the restaurant. This role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence in a vibrant dining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience orientation.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and menu education capabilities.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems).
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH/BOH) and ensure seamless service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Deliver superior service, handle guest concerns, and uphold brand image.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and costs; optimize sales and profitability.
