Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with menu education.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management skills with budget and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain service quality and guest experience.

• Manage staffing, schedules, and floor coverage.
