Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in high-volume, full-service dining.
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing budgets.

• Experience with restaurant POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant atmosphere.
