The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, NC is seeking a Café Cook to lead by example in all aspects of café production and service under the direction of the Executive Chef and Kitchen leadership.

With at least 2 years of upscale hotel or restaurant experience, you will maintain sanitation, organize the workflow, and collaborate with culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role requires flexibility for AM/PM shifts and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years preferably in an upscale hotel, restaurant and/or country club.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example through hands-on involvement of all aspects of café production and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workplace as set by Executive Chef and Kitchen Leadership.
• Report to Chef De Cuisine, Banquet Chef and/or Chef Tournant.
