The Umstead Hotel and Spa is seeking a Breakfast Cook to support The Herons restaurant in Cary, NC. The role involves hands-on involvement in all aspects of breakfast production and service, upholding the executive chef’s standards of quality and sanitation.

Key duties include leading by example within the kitchen, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and reporting to the Chef De Cuisine or Sous Chef team. A strong grooming standard and team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cooking experience preferred (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to obtain required licenses or permits.

Responsabilidades

• The Herons Breakfast Cook is required to lead by example through hands-on involvement of all aspects of Herons production and service.
• The Herons Cook must always represent the Executive Chef’s core values of Quality, sanitation and fair treatment of all associates.
• The Herons cook will report directly to the Chef De Cuisine and/or the Sous Chef Team.
