Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a skilled server to provide top-tier food and beverage service in a luxury resort setting. You will bring knowledge of menu items, wine, spirits, and preparation methods to create a first-class dining experience.

A guest-focused mindset and professional presentation are essential for success. Candidates should have 2+ years of serving experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• 2+ years of serving experience in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Fluency in English required for this location.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and menu items.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Deliver and clear guest food and assist with guest needs during service.
• Upsell wine and food items to achieve department sales goals.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
