Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a full-time server to deliver outstanding dining experiences in our luxury resort setting. You will apply expert knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, guiding guests through menus and preparation options with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience, preferably in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills.
• Guest-focused mentality and understanding of guest preferences.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in English required for this location and current US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and menu items.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen using the POS system; check orders and anticipate needs.
• Deliver and clear guest food and assist with guest needs during service.
• Upsell wine and food to meet department sales goals.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Provide quick, efficient service while following state alcohol laws and Four Seasons standards.
• Follow health, safety, and restaurant standards; ensure courteous guest service.
• Be present and ensure professional, courteous service with eye contact and a smile.
