Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a full-time server assistant to deliver water, bread service, coffee and tea, and to support the servers during service in a luxury dining setting.

You will set tables, maintain stations, clear and reset, and ensure a clean work area while greeting guests with warmth and professionalism. English fluency and previous high-end restaurant experience are preferred; the role requires standing 8+ hours and working afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience required with high end restaurant experience preferred.
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea throughout the meal to guests, replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishes and anticipating guests’ needs.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard. Set and maintain stations, breakdown any buffets, displays and check stations during service or as needed.
• Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them for the specific number of guests.
• Always ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.
