Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience in luxury settings.
• Fluency in English required for this location.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Guest-focused mentality and understanding of guest preferences.
• Position requires continuous standing 8+ hours and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and menu preparation.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and verify accuracy of orders with guests.
• Deliver and clear food, assist with guest needs during service.
• Upsell wine and food items to meet department sales goals.
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments.
• Follow health, safety, and Four Seasons service standards and sequence of service.
• Ensure courteous, professional guest service with a smile.
