Job summary

Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, seeks a skilled server for The Merchant Room fine-dining concept. You will provide expert knowledge of menu items, wine, spirits, and preparation methods to deliver a polished dining experience.

The role requires 2+ years of serving in luxury environments, strong guest focus, and fluency in English. A flexible schedule with afternoon/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Fluency in English is required for this location.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and drinks.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen via POS, verify accuracy, and anticipate needs.
• Deliver and clear guest food and assist with guest needs during service in a timely manner.
• Upsell wine and food to achieve department sales goals.
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments.
• Follow health, safety, and Four Seasons service standards at all times.
• Ensure guests are greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.
