Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience (general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• EPA and HVAC certifications required or willingness to obtain
• OSHA safety rules knowledge and adherence
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Customer-focused, professional communication with residents

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, respectful manner
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently
• Assist in make-ready for vacant apartments and maintain common areas
• Conduct routine property inspections and report safety concerns
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
