Job summary

West Shore is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Gainesville, FL apartment community. You will be responsible for all aspects of leasing production, from greeting prospects and tours to closing leases, handling inquiries, and maintaining lead data in Resman and Knock.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects
• Ensure leasing targets are achieved and communicate opportunities/threats to the Property Manager
• Respond promptly to all online rental inquiries
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of sales and leasing models and address issues
• Ensure model opening/closing procedures and keep signs tidy
• Close the leasing process by asking for the sale
• Ensure lead information is accurate in Resman and Knock
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or letter
• Manage waitlist and communicate changes to prospects
• Warm call prospects as needed
• Execute screening procedures properly
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork
• Collect funds and move-in related fees
• Provide support to customer service efforts at the community
• Complete other tasks as directed
