Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and tour leasing prospects and projects to meet targets.
• Respond quickly to online rental inquiries and manage lead flow.
• Understand site trends, product availability and leasing models.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork.
• Collect funds and move-in fees and maintain orderly records.
