Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and tour leasing prospects.
• Achieve community leasing targets and report opportunities or threats to management.
• Respond promptly to online rental inquiries and maintain lead details.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic, and product availability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness for sales and leasing areas.
• Close leases by guiding prospects through the sale process.
• Manage lead information in Resman and Knock and follow up regularly.
• Support customer service efforts at the community.
