West Shore is seeking a polished Leasing Consultant for an upscale apartment community in Summerville, SC. This full-time role combines sales with exceptional customer service, guiding prospects from tour to lease and delivering a memorable resident experience.

You will work under the Property Manager, meet and greet visitors, manage waitlists, process applications, prepare move-in paperwork, and ensure timely follow-up. A commission structure and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

• Polished, engaging and energetic demeanor with a focus on guest experience.
• Ability to meet leasing targets and communicate opportunities proactively.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Ensure online inquiries are answered promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate lead information in Resman and Knock.
• Close leases by guiding prospects through the application and move-in process.
• Support customer service efforts at the community.
