Qualifications

• Experience in sales/customer service, preferably in upscale environments such as high-end retail, leasing, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to meet leasing targets and follow-up with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and tour leasing prospects.
• Achieve leasing targets for the community and communicate opportunities/threats to the Property Manager.
• Respond promptly to online inquiries and maintain lead information in system.
• Close leases by guiding prospects through the process and collecting required documents and payments.
• Support customer service efforts at the community.
