Qualifications

• Polished, engaging and energetic salespeople with sales/customer service experience.
• Experience in a high-energy, upscale environment is a plus.
• Able to meet leasing targets and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and tour leasing prospects.
• Respond quickly to online inquiries and maintain lead records.
• Close leases by guiding applicants through the process and paperwork.
• Maintain showroom and model space to the highest standards.
• Provide support to customer service efforts at the community.
• Assist with waitlist management and follow up with prospects.
