West Shore is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site apartment community. You will meet and tour leasing prospects, close leases, and help manage waitlists in a fast-paced, upscale environment, with a commission structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and tour leasing prospects.
• Help achieve community leasing targets and communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager.
• Respond to online rental inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic, and product availability.
• Maintain and communicate on-site standards for sales and leasing models.
