Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with local Sales Representatives, learn the medical device industry, and contribute to growth in the assigned territory by supporting cases, marketing, inventory, and customer conversion.

You will attend surgeries, educate clinicians on product use, identify sales opportunities, tailor messages, and help implement sales plans to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining compliance with AdvaMed and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Associate’s degree or medical certification with related experience accepted.
• High School Diploma with related experience acceptable.
• 4+ years of active duty military service considered relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and support Upper Extremities sales in the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available and instruct surgeons on product use.
• Educate doctors and staff on product usage, functionality and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop customer relationships to drive business growth.
• Support inventory management and order processing for proper invoicing and customer satisfaction.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge to aid product selection.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.)

High School Diploma

4+ years of active duty military service
