Job summary

The Stryker Corporation Upper Extremities Sales Associate will partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business in the assigned Minnesota territory. You will cover cases, promote products, build sets, manage inventory, and assist surgeons with product use.

After completing training, you will tailor the promotional message to each customer, identify sales opportunities, process POs, and support the sales team to meet or exceed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with medical certification and related experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Attend surgeries to ensure Stryker Upper Extremities products are available for surgeon use and instruct on product use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product functionality, updates and portfolio changes.
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities, provide excellent service and develop relationships.
• Identify needs of new prospects with the Sales Representative and respond with appropriate solutions.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and assist with PO processing for invoicing.
• Maintain inventory levels and build sets to meet customer needs, and participate in meetings outside standard hours.
