Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in the United States to partner with Sales Representatives and learn the medical device industry within the Baltimore area. You will support surgeries, educate clinical staff, and grow customer relationships through strategic product promotion and territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and adaptability in fast-paced medical sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow Upper Extremities business in the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and demonstrate proper use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product functionality, updates, and programs.
• Work with sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses.
• Tailor messaging based on customer knowledge and select appropriate products.
• Perform field calls and support new sales plans to meet quotas.
• Serve as backup contact for Sales Representatives and assist with inquiries.
• Collaborate on inventory management and processing of Customer Purchase Orders.
• Market products based on features and competitive differentiation; stay current on trends.
• Attend meetings outside regular hours and uphold compliance with AdvaMed standards.
