Job summary

Stryker seeks an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with local Sales Representatives, learn the medical device field, and drive growth in the territory. You will support surgeries, educate clinical staff, and help build customer relationships while teaming with sales to exceed targets.

Role involves product promotion, inventory management, and participation in meetings outside regular hours as needed. Strong communication and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product functionality and portfolio updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and manage customer relationships to drive growth.
• Support in inventory management and PO processing to ensure proper invoicing and order accuracy.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and sales plans to meet quotas.
