Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with local Sales Representatives, learn the medical device arena, and help grow the Upper Extremities business within the territory. You will attend surgeries, educate staff on product usage, and support sales calls and inventory management.

Role requires strong sales background, healthcare exposure or military service, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare/related field.
• 2+ years of professional or related experience if using an Associate's degree or medical certification.
• At least 4 years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business.
• Assist in surgeries and ensure product availability and proper use.
• Educate clinicians on product functionality and updates; support sales calls and inventory management.
• Build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities; assist in processing POs and ensure compliant operations.
