Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to learn the medical device industry and contribute to territory growth. You will support sales calls, cover cases, promote products, build inventory, and help move customers toward adopting Stryker solutions.

After training, you will tailor the promotional message for each customer, identify opportunities, and work with the Sales Representatives to meet and exceed targets. Travel and hospital-based engagements are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with relevant professional experience.
• Associate’s degree or medical certification plus 2+ years in related field.
• High school diploma with 4+ years of professional/related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn medical device industry and Upper Extremities business, support growth in territory.
• Attend surgeries where products are used to ensure availability and instruct surgeons on product use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on proper use, maintenance and updates of products.
