Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Upper Extremities Sales Associate in the United States. You will partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device field, support case coverage, and promote Stryker Upper Extremities products across the assigned territory.

After product training, you will tailor messages to clinicians, advise on product selection, and help meet quotas while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree or Medical Certification + at least 2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device business and grow the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate on product use.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product functionality and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the team to manage inventory and fulfill POs.
• Tailor promotional messaging based on customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Support implementation of new sales plans and marketing strategies.
