Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in Minneapolis to partner with local Sales Representatives, learn the medical device business, and contribute to territory growth through product promotion, case coverage, and effective account management.

You will attend surgeries, educate clinicians on product use, identify opportunities with the team, tailor messages to customer needs, and help drive service levels and inventory planning while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification with related experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product functionality and updates.
