Job summary

Stryker in Minneapolis is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with Sales Representatives, learn the medical device business, and help grow the assigned territory.

Learn the product line, attend surgeries, and educate clinicians on usage and updates while supporting field sales activities and inventory management. This role blends clinical exposure with strategic sales growth in a dynamic medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent experience in healthcare/sales fields.
• Associates degree or medical certification plus 2+ years of related experience accepted.
• High School Diploma plus 4+ years of related experience accepted.
• 4+ years of active military service accepted as equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use and functionality.
• Educate doctors and nurses on product use, maintenance, updates, and portfolio changes.
• Identify customer needs and develop appropriate product responses with the sales team.
• Conduct field calls and help implement sales plans to meet targets.
