Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to learn the medical device business and drive growth in the assigned territory. You will partner with Sales Representatives to cover cases, promote products, and manage inventory while beginning to convert customers to Stryker.

After training, you will attend surgeries to ensure product availability, educate clinicians on product use, and identify sales opportunities. Strong healthcare or sales background and a degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification + 2+ years related experience.
• High School Diploma + 4+ years related experience or 4+ years military service.

Responsibilities

• Learn medical device sales in Upper Extremities and support growth in the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and train surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors and staff on product functionality and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist in inventory management and processing customer POs.
• Adhere to AdvaMed and regulatory guidelines.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with the sales team.
