Job summary

Stryker in New Jersey seeks an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to assist the Sales Representatives, learn the medical device business, and help grow the territory. You will attend surgeries to ensure product availability and to instruct surgeons on use and functionality.

You will educate doctors and staff on product maintenance and updates, support marketing efforts, manage inventory, and develop customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, CPT, etc.) with related experience.
• High School Diploma with related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
• Support sales teams, identify opportunities, and develop customer relationships.
• Assist in inventory management and processing customer POs for invoicing.
