Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a motivated Upper Extremities Sales Associate to collaborate with the local Sales Representatives and become proficient in the medical device field across PA East and NJ. You will support cases, promote products, manage inventory, and help convert customers to Stryker.

After training, you will tailor messages to customers, assist with POs, and participate in sales meetings while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards. Travel is expected around 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree or Medical Certification plus at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• High School Diploma with at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the medical device industry and Stryker Upper Extremities business and contribute to the territory growth.
• Cover cases in the assigned territory and promote the products in assigned accounts.
• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available and instruct surgeons on use and functionality.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, maintenance, and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop responses with the assigned Sales Representative.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and advise on product selection.
• Perform field calls and assist in implementing sales plans and marketing strategies.
• Meet and exceed business targets in collaboration with the Sales Representative and organization.
