Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the business in the assigned territory. You will attend surgeries, educate clinicians, and support sales activities including promotion, inventory, and customer relationships.

After training, you will tailor messages to customers, respond to product questions, and help meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT) with at least 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with at least 4 years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the Upper Extremities sales in the territory, assisting the Sales Representatives.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate surgeons on use and functionality.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use, maintenance and updates.
• Develop customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and support inventory management and order processing.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT) + 2 years experience

High School Diploma + 4 years experience

4+ years of active duty military service
