Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with the field team, learn the medical device business, and drive growth in the assigned territory. You will support the sales call pattern, attend surgeries, educate clinicians, and help manage inventory and promotions across accounts.

You will meet education requirements (degree or medical certification) and may have military or sales experience; travel ~40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and Upper Extremities business; support growth in the territory.
• Cover cases, market and promote products, build sets, manage inventory, and begin converting customers to Stryker.
• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available and instruct surgeons on use and functionality.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, maintenance, and updates; discuss portfolio changes.
• Identify sales opportunities, deliver excellent customer service, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Process customer purchase orders (POs) and assist with inventory levels and field calls.
