Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in the Arlington, VA area. This role partners with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry, support the Upper Extremities business in the territory, and grow customer relationships.

You will attend surgeries, educate clinicians, manage inventory, and help execute sales plans to meet targets. The position involves promoting products, tailoring messages to customers, and adhering to AdvaMed and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Alternative: associate degree or medical certification plus related experience.
• High School Diploma plus related experience or 4+ years of military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to support territory growth and customer relationships.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
• Assist in contacting customers to identify sales opportunities and provide excellent service.
• Assist with inventory management, product sets, and processing POs for accurate invoicing.
• Promote Stryker products based on knowledge of features and differentiators from competitors.
• Participate in meetings and adhere to compliance policies and regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate’s degree or Medical Certification

High School Diploma

4+ years of active duty military service
