Stryker Corporation seeks an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to support sales representatives, learn the medical device field, and grow the Upper Extremities business in the assigned territory in Utah.

Travel is expected up to 10%, with commission/bonuses potential and a focus on education for doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and routine maintenance. The role emphasizes ethics and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business in the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate surgeons on product use and functionality.
• Identify customer needs and develop responses with the assigned Sales Representative to drive opportunities.
