Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate for field-based work in Washington. You will partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and contribute to growth in the assigned territory, including case coverage, product promotion, and inventory management.

After training, tailor communications to customer needs, support new sales plans, and help convert customers to Stryker. Travel about 40% with commission eligibility and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or medical certification with 2+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, updates, and education programs.
• Identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service to develop relationships.
• Support inventory management and build inventories to meet customer needs.
• Participate in sales meetings and adhere to compliance and AdvaMed principles.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, CPT, etc.)

High School Diploma

4+ years of active duty military service
